For those looking at the purchase of a desktop computer, one of the key features that you will be presented with is the hard drive size. This is the primary method of data storage for the system and it has exploded in capacity over the past couple of years. How much space does one need? Does the type of interface really matter? Why does the system have two hard drives but only have the storage space of a single drive? Find out more about these types of questions you will be confronted with in my guide to desktop hard drives.

Netbooks have been extremely popular in this tight economy thanks to their low prices. Their compact and traditional designs make them very appealing to those that want to use a computer while traveling. Tablet PCs are the newcomers that offer a much flashier experience in a form factor that is just as small if not smaller than a netbook. Many people cite the iPad launch as a reason for the decline in netbook sales. With both netbooks and tablets designed for mobile computing, which one offers a better mobile experience? Find out which one might be better for you in my comparison article.

Apple consistently rates as one of the best when it comes to service among computer companies. They do have a very limited range of products that reduces the number of products they have to support but they also don't provide support via email for those products either. How do they manage to score such high ratings then? Find out more in my support profile.

Included in the profile is a list the various avenues that users have for support, tips and advice with Apple computers. In addition to this, there is a survey on how readers feel Apple was able to resolve their computer problems. If you have used Apple's support in the past, be sure to vote in the survey and share your experience.

How would you rate Apple's support?
